Strategic narrative for leaders who want to shape perception and build trust.
About Narrative 360
Narrative 360 was born out of South African Business Matters, a respected B2B platform built on constructive dialogue and trusted by a loyal, senior audience across business, policy and industry.
Through years of engaging leaders, producing executive interviews and convening high-level conversations, we recognised a clear shift.
We are operating in an era of constant content. Much of it is AI-generated. As volume rises, attention fragments, trust becomes harder to earn, and stakeholders feel increasingly disconnected.
At the same time, corporate communication often becomes overly technical and highly polished – and too often it fails to connect. Not because organisations lack expertise, but because that expertise is rarely translated into clear, human explanation.
Amid growing scepticism and information overload, authenticity has quietly become the most valuable communication currency.
The gap between what organisations know and what audiences understand – between intention and perception – continues to widen.
Narrative 360 exists to close that gap.
We are a senior group of industry professionals spanning editorial, media, production and event expertise. We work alongside leadership teams to clarify narrative positioning and translate executive thinking into story-led, video-first and multi-platform narrative assets.
These are not one-off pieces of content, but reusable influence assets designed to strengthen executive visibility, position organisations as industry leaders, engage stakeholders and support commercial momentum.
Narrative 360 operates independently, while remaining closely connected to South African Business Matters (SABM), providing access to an established ecosystem, a senior audience that matters, and immediate credibility.
Narrative 360 shapes leadership thinking into compelling narrative assets.
Where relevant, SABM strengthens their reach and resonance.
Turning expertise into perception.
And perception into influence.
